Our story begins in the 70s on the mountains of the Lessinia Natural Park,
an uncontaminated and verdant territory, rich in pastures and woods.
In these mountain places, thanks to the sacrifice and daily determination of a simple pastry chef,
our company Beniamino srl has taken shape.
In those years the production of pies and plum-cakes was mostly artisan and local,
but from the mountains of Lessinia one began to look far away,
the products were increasingly in demand and soon it became necessary
increase the spaces and decrease the distances.
Soon a dream came true that we made our mission of:
to maintain the quality and authenticity of the products, not only
through selected ingredients,
but also thanks to the spirit of the people who worked in our company.
We are convinced that passion for what we do is the main ingredient,
that makes the entire Beniamino range special.
Our production in addition boasts of a modern technology time
to quality and efficiency in all its stages.
